OQuinn Success Group LLC (d/b/a “RealRapidReviews.com,” “Real Rapid Reviews,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)
collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you:
visit or use the website RealRapidReviews.com (the “Site”);purchase or use any of our review-generation, response, or social-repurposing services (the “Services”); orotherwise interact with us (email, SMS, phone, social media, or other channels).
By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Account & Billing Data
– name, business name, postal address, email address, telephone number, payment-card details, and tax IDs you provide when you create or maintain an account.
B. Client Customer Data
– your customers’ names, emails, telephone numbers, review text, ratings, social-media handles, and images that you upload or that are captured through our integrations.
C. Communications Data
– the content of emails, SMS messages, support tickets, and call recordings exchanged between you (or your customers) and us.
D. Technical & Usage Data
– IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, referring URLs, pages viewed, cookies, and event data collected via Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and similar technologies.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Each third-party provider is permitted to process personal information only to perform services for us and must protect it in accordance with applicable law.
5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
We and many of our service providers process data in the United States and other countries. For data originating from the EEA/UK, we rely on the
European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
and equivalent safeguards for transfers outside those regions.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements, and to protect or defend our rights. Client data is typically kept for the life of the account plus up to twelve (12) months for archival and audit purposes unless deletion is requested earlier.

Marketing Opt-Out.

EU/UK Individuals.
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California Residents.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request (1) disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, (2) deletion of personal information, (3) to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and (4) non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Site. The “Effective Date” above will always show when the Policy was last revised.
